Why Does My Cat Bite The Comforter?

Workshop illustrations of crocodiles

Uh, yes ... can be a little but especially when it's very dark ... I do not turn off the light to sleep, I'm afraid of the dark ... I do not see anything so I began to imagine a story ... a story of darkness ...

Gradually darkness invades the home, it's late, it's getting cold.

Outside, the wind blowing through the tall trees of the forest. Darkness sets ...

Darkness takes shape and transforms. Do I see a black beast that walks on the ceiling?

Or is it a dark shadow moving slowly toward me?

Looks a face emerging in the opacity of the eyes? nose? a mouth? a smile? Who's this? I'm scared!

I'm too scared! I cry!

Do not be afraid, "said a reassuring voice. When you were still a little baby in the belly of your hot mom, remember, you were not afraid of me. Instead, you loved to rest with me.

Do not worry, I'm here beside you and all around you. It's me, Mister Black to help you sleep well. Good night!

The illustrations above have been carried out in charcoal and painting by small crocodiles. On an original idea Chrysale preparing his first book for children. Other creative workshops are planned to continue this project after half term. Thank you to all the children who participated, Oriane, Eric, Max, Oliver, Edwin, Mateo, Rafael and their parents.
